All of our consultants have extensive experience in completing Building Condition assessment reports on school buildings, classrooms and reloctable buildings. Our reports are used by many schools to include in their condition assessments or rationalisation when compiling their 10YYP and 5YA for funding. Or for simply working out a cost benefit analysis to see if school buildings are worth spending any money on upgrades or approaching the MOE for a replacement classroom.
